Michael brings 28 years of experience as a successful technology entrepreneur having launched several successful brands designed to save money and improve efficiencies in technologies, IT infrastructure and telecommunications.
Michael started his entrepreneurial career in 1994 when he launched Datatel Group, a Master Agency firm with a vast portfolio of over 100 strategic business partners. They delivered telecom and IT to phone systems and hardware for over 3,000 companies locally and nationwide. With his growing customer base seeking lower rates and a variety of services from a single contact, he formed VoDa Networks. VoDa is a telecommunications reseller designed to meet the unique business objectives of their clients.
Having recognized the paradigm shift in IT infrastructure, digital, and wireless transformations, Michael created Infrastructure Solutions Group. ISG is a business strategy firm that customizes solutions, helping companies drive better business outcomes through a results-driven methodology. Our team of specialist meet our client’s business objectives by leveraging our world-class chain supply, and align telecom and cloud technology to meet their individual set of needs.
Identifying inefficiencies in the relocation process and the stress it caused for those companies, led Michael to form a better process for those relocation projects. As a way to provide relief across the entire spectrum of the move for those decision makers, he created Office Move Solutions in 2017. Applying collective resources, business partners and proven strategies, OMS brings the ecosystem of a move that helps mitigate stress, save money, time and resources for our customers. While his brands offer deep-value for large enterprises, they hold steadfast in delivering subject matter expertise to the underserved SMB marketplace.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, living a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness, and is an avid tennis player.
Lenny Fuchs joined OMS from its inception. Lenny’s day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring clients needs are met while checking and re-checking everyone schedules. Lenny spearheads a team that provides on-demand services as part of the telecom and IT transition team. Whether you need IT staffing for the day of your move, or additional services and skill sets along the way, they are ready to lend a helping hand.
Lenny is a veteran of the Information Technology field with over 20 years of experience. Having worked for, or managed, the technology departments of such diverse companies as Universal Pictures, ING, Related Companies, and Drive Medical Design, has given him exposure to different philosophies on both technology implementation and business management. Lenny credits his experience working for some of the largest companies in their respective industries to his success both as a senior network architect, and manager, of diverse Information Technology Teams.
His formal education in Economics and Accounting has allowed him to move seamlessly between the server room and the boardroom, providing insight to management on the business implications of the diverse and bewildering amount of choices that technology now presents to businesses.
When he is not working, Lenny enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog. He enjoys staying active while studying the sports of Kung Fu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
CarolynSmith joined OMS from its inception while having formed her own company, Telecom Advisors, almost three decades prior. Carolyn’s day-to-day responsibilities include project management and internal operations. Carolyn’s passion for “perfection” and unwavering support for clients has been invaluable to OMS, and appreciated by the clients she interacts with.
Carolyn works with many systems, vendors and carriers in the market today. She applies her exceptional communication and project management skills to seamlessly bond with landlord and legal, architects and general contractors, office furniture and space planners and the moving company. This workmanship ensures a seamless coordination of critical construction stages resulting in all deadlines and milestones being met. She’s adept at architecting business continuity and disaster recovery planning to combat inherent pitfalls, unforeseen circumstances, and force majeure. These special skill sets ensure that clients avoid business interruptions.
Throughout her career, she’s provided technical advice and solutions to numerous business organizations including financial services, healthcare entities, and schools. Her other accomplishments include the design and implementation of disaster recovery systems, preparation of RFP’s, contract negotiation, and vendor selections.
When she’s not working, Carolyn enjoys being out on the open waters, whether on a boat or a day of fishing.
